When a claim is made against one of our insureds, EPIC staff responds immediately, first to alleviate some of the physician's stress that comes with a claim and second, to begin the process of managing the claim. The claim is reviewed by a seasoned claims team in concert with the insured and a claims management plan is designed. Throughout the process, the insured is kept informed of progress. You have a voice in how your claims are managed.
